    Download this from the Websites ATI or Nvidia(geforce)

    then download and install DirectX9.0c from the Game-CD or Microsoft website

    Open the button and download the pictures of clothes or other things, which you want


    Open your directory-File Singles2 and look for the file "Extension"
    Copy your download-Files from the Website in this file (Extension)


    Close all

    I could use some help also.


    I purchased the digital download version of Singles 2. None of the patches will install. I get a message stating that it cannot find the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still none of the three patches work. I have contacted suppost. I am still waiting on an answer.


    I was first wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem.


    I also tried installing the Booster despite not having a patch. It will not work without, I take it.


    I was wondering if any elements of the Booster will work at all without a patch.


    Also, is there any mod or extension allowing me to shrink the user interface. I don't want it taking up so much of the screen.


    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    I am also having problems when trying to install the booster pack from the site http://singles2-extensions.kloss-steffen.de/ When I download the file, it reads in the readme file that I should put it in the Extensions directry, but there is no .sx2 file to put in there, its a bunch of the files that i put in the various directories. When I extract them and try to play, the game quits and I get a weird error message saying something about http://www.rotobee.com.


    This is the error
    "An error has occured. If this is a permanent error, please try reinstalling or contact support at www.singles2.com/support.html.
    Internal error message:
    Undefined outfit description: outfit_alice (in file: C:\Rotobee\SinglesAddon\Src\Character\CharacterData.cpp in line: 418)"


    This happens whenever I try to install new clothes or the Booster pack and anything else, any ideas? :(

    the problem is, that you must installing the patch of "Singles2Patch_1_2.exe" first.
    This patch is generating a new file in your game with the name of "Extension".
    In this file you drag and drop all the other extension-files, which you want.


    If it not possible, to installing the patch, then you must try to do:

    downloading the patch on your desktop.
    open the file Singles2
    copy the patch from your desktop into the open file of Singles2
    try to installing the patch in your open file Singles2 now
    do you have success, you write a message for us.

    Actually, I got word back from Direct2Drive. Where I purchased and downloaded the game. I was informed that my version came pre-patched. And I am only to download patches from Direct2Drive. I'm guessing there is some difference in the coding. I wonder if this is why I had issues with the Booster. I'm going to give it another go.


    Zech, that seems to be the same problem I am having. I put all the corresponding files from the Booster into each appropriate folder for the game. I believe that was the same error I was receiving.


    I'll tell you if I have any luck.

    excuse me for my bad english, but there is another problem with the Singles2Booster_v1.3
    You must do a modifikation in the Booster, for the accurate function.


    I will try, to explain it.
    Open the file Singles2Booster_v1.3
    Look for a file "Diese Datei ersetzen"
    Open this file.
    You find a file with names "GameLogic"
    Open this file
    You find a file with names "characterDescription"
    Copy this file on your desktop.
    Close the file Singles2Booster_v1.3
    Open the Explorer.
    Search over the file Programme the file Singles2. (This is the game file, open this file)
    Search in the open file Singles2 for a file with names "GameLogic".
    Open this file.
    You see a file with names "CharakterDescription".
    Replace this file "CharakterDescription" with the file "CharakterDescription" from your desktop.
    Close all files.
    Ready
    this is important for the accurate function

    schlumphi, I had originally replaced that file along with the others. I seem to have lock ups when I replace the "outfitdescription" file. When I use the original file, some of the extras work. But it always locks up or pauses on the sex animations. Sometimes the man has no penis either. So I tried keeping the original "outfitdescription" file and replacing the "characterdescription" file. But I had the same issues. Basically, I cannot seem to use both new versions of the "description" files at all.


    I'm running this through a translater if it helps...

Wenn ich die ursprüngliche Akte benutze, arbeiten einige der Extrakosten. Aber sie verriegelt immer sich oben oder pausiert auf den Geschlechtanimationen. Manchmal hat der Mann keine Penis auch nicht. So versuchte ich, die ursprüngliche "outfitdescription" Akte zu halten und die "characterdescription" Akte zu ersetzen. Aber ich hatte die gleichen Ausgaben. Im Allgemeinen kann ich nicht scheinen, beide neuen Versionen der "Beschreibung" Akten an allen zu verwenden.     I was also wondering what folder the info2 dat file goes? I placed it in the "config" folder. It seems to have translated everything correctly.


    Ich wunderte auch, mich welches Heft die dat info2 Akte geht? Ich legte sie in das "Config" Heft. Es scheint, alles richtig übersetzt zu haben.

    I think I've given up.


    I've uninstalled and reinstalled like four times now.


    The game will not run at all with the new outfitdescription file.


    The R2K extension locks up some of the animations.


    Some of the graphics(penis) won't appear.


    I've tried about everything and no extension seems to work correctly.


    My only guess there is some difference in a digital download version of the game.
