Neue TSO-Trial version

ich kann es auch nicht runterladen. habe es mit "allen" meinen email-adressen probiert...würde so gern TSO mal ausprobieren. was tun?

Maxis hat grad Probleme mit der Bereitstellung der Trial, sprich man kann es zur Zeit nicht runterladen. Also einfach abwarten, Tee trinken und es immer wieder versuchen, bis sie den Fehler behoben haben

Der Fehler ist offensichtlich behoben, man kann die Trial wieder runterladen:

Bei mir geths immer noch nicht

muss ich mich da wieder abmelden? und was mache ich, wenn ich das spiel behalten will??

sorry wenn ich danach frage aber wie kommt man an die nummer ran die bei der installation von the sims online der testversion gefordert wird? :help sorry bin in englisch nicht gerade gut :haue

ich habs mir jetzt runtergeladen und bin am installieren.. ich hab keinen code per mail zugeschickt bekommen, in der mail die ich habe steht auch das ich ne kredtikarte bräuchte die ich nicht besitze und bei der installation will der von mir ne seriennummeer von der CD die ich ja nicht besitze... (logisch wenn ich die testversion runterlade)
kann da jmd helfen?

wenn du dich auf dieser seite http://player.thesimsonline.ea.com/free_trial/sign_up.jsp anmeldest, dann bekommst du per mail auch die seriennummer zu geschickt.

Nein das ist keine Seriennummer bei der email. In der Email steht das man eine visitenkarte braucht und das man sich wo anmelden muß ( was ich auch gemacht habe ) Dort war aber keine Seriennummer bei. Geht das etwa bei dir?

ja ich habe das ca. vor einer woche gemacht und ich habe die seriennummer gemailt bekommen und es funktionierte alles problemlos.

Aber nix von der Seriennummer zu sehn :misstrau

Hi!
Irgendwie kann ich mich nicht mehr einloggen. Ich weiß meinen Namen und mein Passwort aber noch. Bin mir auch ganz sicher, dass die stimmen. Aber da steht dann immer : The member name or password you have entered is incorrect. Please try again (INV-110) Hab versucht mich auf dieser Help site von TSO anzumelden, aber die seite kann nicht angezeigt werden. Genauso wie wenn ich meinen namen bzw. passwort abfragen will. Bin schon am Verzweifeln. :haue :help :help :haue

Super! Es geht wieder. Hab das über 10 mal probiert und dann stand da, dass es da einen Fehler bei Maxis gab und so. Nun geht es wieder *freu*. Ich denk mal viele hatten das gleiche problem. :lachen

Aber bei mir geht es immer noch nicht! Ich mach nix weiter als das ich auf den Link auf der 1. Seite klick und meine Email Adresse eingeb! ...

Also wenn du alles richtig gemacht hast, erhälst du so eine Mail in der dann auch die Seriennummer steht. Den Link hatte ich ja bereits oben nochmal gepostet.

Bei mir geht es genauso wie bei Einoel immer noch nicht kann uns nicht jemand helfen, und ich hab denke ich mal nix falsch gemacht!

Geht das mit der E-Mail adresse immer noch nicht? Macht doch mal ne neue Adresse bei nem anderen anbieter und versucht es noch mal. Wenn es dann immer noch nicht geht weiß ich auch nicht mehr weiter.....

Wenn man die Kreditkartennummer angibt... was passiert dann nach den 14 Tagen?
Ziehen sie dann einfach die monatlichen 10€ ab?

Jap! Wenn du zahlungsinformationen eingibst ziehen sie was ab. Also so wars auf jeden fall mal bei mir. Ansonsten einfach deine 14 Tage spieln und danach kannst ja aktivieren wann immer du willsst

Hallo Ihr Lieben, bei mir ging der Download leider erst heute morgen, aber die 14 Tage sind ja längst rum als ich das mit der Trialversion von TheSimsOnline gelesen habe.
Kann ich das denn immer noch spielen??Als ich mich eben anmelden wollte zum spielen, da hat er mir gesagt, das ich entweder nicht mit dem Internet verbunden bin ( was ich aber war ), oder das es schon vorbei ist! :kopfkratz

Was soll ich denn jetzt machen? Ich möchte auch sooooo gerne mal bei TheSimsOnline rein schauen!
