Schwerer Ausnahmefehler bei Korrekter Installation

    Hi Leute!
    Ich bin am verzweifeln, ich kann seit 3 Monaten nicht mehr Sims spielen!


    Ich habe Win 98 SE, 1000 MHZ, ansonsten sind die anderen Systemvorraussetzungen auch erfüllt!


    Ich installiere (Korrekt) Sims, Sims das volle leben, Sims Party ohne Ende (bis dahin geht alles), Dann Sims Hot Date. Installation verläuft Problemlos; beim Starten kommt nach dem Einführungsfilm der Absturz:


    "Der Schwere Ausnahmefehler OE ist an Adresse 0028:C004F320 in der VXD-Datei VCACHE (01) + 00000B20 aufgetreten;
    Bitte STR+ALT+ENTF drücken um den PC neu zu starten."


    Helft mir, ich bin verzweifelt!!!

    Ansonsten rate ich dir mal, deinen Grafikkartentreiber zu Updaten... (Wird zwar wahrscheinlich nichts bringen aber n Versuch ists wert...)

    Ich habs davor immer komplett gelöscht--> Sims, Sims Ordner, Im Starmenü, Redegit-Software-maxis
    An was kann es den liegen?
    Win 98 SE???

    Entweder läuft im Hintergrund ein Programm das dein treiber benutzt (Schliesse alle Hintergrund Programme vor dem Start der Sims) oder es wurde eine Software installiert , die bestimmte Treiber von Windows ersetzt hat. Da Hilft nur mehr Betriebsystem Neu aufzusetzen.

    Hast Du in der Registry auch unter Electronic Arts alles gelöscht? Davon erwähnst Du nämlich nichts, und daran kann es liegen, hatte nämlich selbst mal dasselbe Problem...hatte den Maxis-Ordner gelöscht, und auch im Explorer die Maxis-Dateien entfernt...aber in der Registry gibt es die ganzen Schlüssel zweimal, nämlich einmal unter Maxis, und einmal unter Electronic Arts...an Windows 98 SE kann es eigentlich nicht liegen, das hatte ich auf meinem vorigen Compi auch drauf, und da hat alles gefunzt...
    Vielleicht liegts ja an der Registry, wie ich gesagt habe...hoffe es für Dich!;)

    Versuchs doch mal mit dem Parameter " -skip intro "!



    Hast du in der system.ini unter [vcache] was verändert? Wenn ja, könnte der [vcache] Fehler MÖGLICHERWEISSE daran liegen

    Du musst ne Verknüpfung auf dem desktop haben , Eigenschaften und bei Ziel Leerzeichen-skip intro hintendranhängen

    Sieht deine Verknüpfung auch wirklich so aus, dass bei Ziel folgendes steht:


    "C:\Programme\Maxis\Die Sims\Sims.exe" -r800x600 -skip_intro

    Also bei HD hats funktioniert,
    bei Urlaub... auch
    nur Tierisch gut drauf bekomme ich garnicht zum laufen
    Was kann ich noch tun
    Also ich kenne mich eigentlich gut aus, Ich bin Sims fan, seit es das Spiel gibt!

    Das is schonma gut, dass HD + UT laufen. Laufen die ohne Probleme, oder ruckelts oder so?
